Yearly dues are only $10 per site. Those dues support:

• Free subscription to the Round Up Residents Newsletter

• On-line member alerts and reminders

• Access to the members only section of this website

• Free Resident Directory

• Opportunity to participate in polling to determine input to be provided to management

• Chance to win gift cards or prizes

• Free Coffee and donuts at meetings

Simply pay your $10 per site annual dues between January 1st – March 31st:

• During one of our public meetings

• Or drop an envelope in the Resident Organization Suggestion Box with your dues and a note listing your name(s) and site number.

  Exception: New residents to Crescent Run may join any time after moving in.

  Residents 90+ may join free.
